IS DYNAMIC REFORMER PILATES FOR ME?

Sculpt Reformer Pilates classes are designed for everyone and anyone. Whether you are new to Reformer or Pilates in general, at the start of your fitness journey or simply wanting to mix up your regular workout routine – our Reformer Pilates classes are designed to sculpt a stronger you!

WHAT IS DYNAMIC REFORMER PILATES?

Reformer Pilates combines the principles and movements of mat Pilates with the Reformer machine. The Reformer machine has several springs that provide various levels of assistance and resistance to create a full-body strength and muscle endurance workout.

At Sculpt, we follow a dynamic approach to Reformer Pilates. Unlike traditional Pilates, dynamic Reformer Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact, fitness-based workout that is designed to achieve muscle fatigue by focusing on ‘time under tension’. 

​

Our 50 minute pilates classes are full-body focused and challenge multiple muscle groups with every exercise performed by incorporating equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands and balls to complement the tension of the Reformer pilates machine.

​

The results? Long and lean muscles and improved strength, mobility, flexibility and balance in a shorter period of time.
